Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full time, in office position based in Dehradub. Uttarakhand, India. The intern will support sales activities by engaging with customers, explaining product benefits, and assisting in closing sales under guidance from senior team members.

Daily tasks include helping manage customer inquiries, contributing to promotional campaigns, and gathering feedback from the market. The role also involves supporting training sessions for retail partners or sales teams, maintaining basic sales records, and collaborating with marketing staff on content and materials.



This position offers hands-on experience in both sales operations and marketing execution within the consumer care industry.

Qualifications Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with diverse customers and stakeholders.

Sales and Sales Management aptitude to support sales targets, understand sales processes, and assist in tracking performance.

Ability to contribute to Training activities, including supporting product education for team members and partners.

Interest in marketing, branding, and consumer behavior, especially in oral care and personal care products.

Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with data.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to follow structured processes and guidelines on-site.

Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
