We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our SEPL Bangalore. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by developing solid customer relationships and promoting our products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree and experience in sales within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
Identify potential customers and create recent business prospects for our products.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services to potential customers.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide support to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide insights and suggestions for product improvements.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.

Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the industrial sector, preferably in gearboxes or related products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
