Job Title: Sales Trainer Job Summary: We are looking for a energetic and experienced Sales Trainer to develop the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales team.

The Sales

Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer handling, communication, and objection management. The goal is to improve sales productivity and help achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities: Design and conduct onboarding training for recent sales employees. Deliver product training, sales process training, and soft skills development. Train the sales team on lead handling, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Conduct regular refresher training sessions to improve performance. Assess training needs through performance reviews and feedback. Monitor trainees' progress and evaluate training effectiveness. Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.

Coach underperforming employees and provide individual guidance. Work closely with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and improve team performance. Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
