About the Program

Mobiloitte Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented graduates who are passionate about Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Through our Train-to-Hire Program, selected candidates will receive structured, hands-on training in B2B sales, digital outreach, lead generation, client engagement, and AI-driven technology solutions.

Candidates who successfully complete the training program and meet the required performance standards will be offered a full-time position with the company.

Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in the structured Sales & Marketing training program.
Support the Sales & Marketing team in executing business development and marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.




Generate and qualify leads through various outreach channels.
Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales and activity reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer acquisition and business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent) from a recognized university/institution.
2025 or 2026 pass-outs are eligible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work workplace.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
