About the Role

Hentech Engineering Solution is looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Engineers to expand our presence in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Freshers with a technical background and a willingness to build a career in Industrial Sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell industrial products and engineering solutions to customers.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Industrial Sales and Engineering Products.
Strong product understanding and technical aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong negotiation abilities.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.
Fresher to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Engineering Sales.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel will be preferred.
