We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can help expand the Arvion.cult network, build strategic partnerships, and develop creative ways to grow the community.

What You'll Do - Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Arvion.cult.
Identify and reach out to potential members, founders, entrepreneurs, and partners.
Build partnerships with startups, brands, college entrepreneurship cells, founder communities, and organizations.
Generate leads for collaborations, sponsorships, and events.
Assist with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media growth strategies.
Develop campaigns for Arvion.cult events and community initiatives.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Work closely with the founder and creative team on growth campaigns.
Track outreach, leads, partnerships, and campaign performance.
Experiment with unconventional and creative community-growth strategies.



Who We're Looking For - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, marketing, and networking.
Comfortable reaching out to current people and organizations.
Creative thinker with a robust understanding of social media.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Sales, marketing, business development, or community-building experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
