Role & responsibilities

As SAP BTP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) developer you are a full stack cloud developer for building scalable, enterprise grade applications and side by side extensions integrated with SAP systems (i.e, S/4 HANA).
Design and build CAP Services on SAP BTP in context of SAP BDO implementation.
Develop and maintain event publishers and consumers (Node.js, SAP Build Code).
Integrate with additional services on SAP BTP, particularly HANA Cloud.
Collaborate closely with architecture teams, BRIM functional teams, and DevOps teams.
Robust knowledge of microservices architecture (Node.js).
Experience in Node.js development on SAP BTP and with additional BTP services such as HANA Cloud and Integration Suite.




Valuable experience with Event Driven Architecture and event integration patterns.
Programming Languages: Deep expertise in Node.js or Java.
CAP Framework: Utilizing CAP libraries to minimize boilerplate code and implement business logic efficiently.
Provide consultation/opinions on EDA concepts such as CQRS, Eventual Consistency, Postbox Pattern, etc.
