SF Apex Developer-Consultant/Senior Consultant- Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:
Should be able to independently execute technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions for Life science and Health client, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.
Should have expertise and hands-on experiences of working on LS cloud.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Oversee and guide a team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce standards.
Manage integration and data migration activities between Salesforce and external systems.
Support Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.




Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical solutions and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Integration APIs).
Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce project delivery.
Robust understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices.
Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Project experience on Life science and Health clients (Patient experience, Commercial, Med Tech, Provider and/or Payer)
