Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Ernakulam in a full time capacity, helping grow CarltonEdu Trading Academy’s learner base and brand presence. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective learners, presenting course offerings, and guiding potential customers through the enrollment process.

The role involves managing sales pipelines, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service before and after enrollment. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional events and workshops,



and collaborate with the training team to align sales messaging with course content. The position requires regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact clearly with prospects, learners, and team members.
