Role Description This full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Paharganj. The specialist will manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, product presentations, and closing deals for IT and office automation solutions. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand positioning, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maximize market reach.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships,



delivering product and service training to clients or partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and negotiation abilities.

Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship building and problem resolution.

Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead management, closing techniques, and pipeline development.
