Servicing existing clients and add recent clients.

Revenue in Rupees as per target, % profit, number of new clients, time to resolve issue, number of repeat of jobs, % of conversions, Collection receivables as per (internal) credit terms, % excess inventory (material procured in anticipation of the order – but order not received)

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth in printing & packaging solutions.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.




Handle B2B sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate clients.
Collaborate with production and design teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within Printing/Packaging or allied industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage client accounts and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
