Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and KPI targets across all assigned stores.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Plan workforce requirements and lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and deployment of Retail Sales Executives and Store In-Charges in coordination with the HR Department.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Store In-Charges and retail teams to improve productivity, accountability, and customer engagement.
Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training and development initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock movement, stock ageing, and shrinkage to ensure optimum inventory control.
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and operational data to identify prospects for business growth and continuous improvement.
Ensure high standards of customer service, visual merchandising,



housekeeping, and brand presentation across all stores.
Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and compliance inspections, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, marketing, finance, and HR to ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare management reports, sales forecasts, operational reviews, and action plans to support strategic decision-making.
Drive employee engagement, discipline, succession planning, and retention within the retail division.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
