Summary: AI Powered Tech Talent . As a Salesforce Data 360 Engineer, you will lead the development and delivery of data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). You will own the role of primary technical point of contact, ensuring teams deliver well-architected Data 360 solutions that align with business needs and enterprise standards.

The role requires solid hands-on experience in Data Cloud and the ability to guide teams through complex data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation use cases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations.

Own solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.

Act as the escalation point for complex data, identity, and performance issues.

Ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and data governance.

Review Data Streams, Data Models, Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segments built by the team





Conduct technical reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding/data standards

Guide teams on data modeling, DMOs, and relationship design.

Drive UAT, go-live readiness, and post-production optimization.

Support defect resolution and optimization activities.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs.

Provide effort estimates, delivery plans, and status updates to leadership.

Experience working with JSON, APIs, and data integration pipelines.

Understanding of event-based data and customer engagement tracking.

Basic understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.
