Are you a passionate and agile Hotel Management graduate (preferably from IHM) with 3 to 4 years of experience in reservations? Do you have a knack for sales and a customer-centric mindset? If yes, we're looking for you!

Role & Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries via email and phone, leveraging solid marketing and upselling skills.

Drive revenue by achieving sales targets and maximizing bookings with the team.

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Identify and capitalize on recent sales opportunities to enhance revenue growth.

Maintain accurate client records, including marketing insights.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.





Comply with administrative and operational protocols to achieve organizational goals.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3 to 4 years in travel sales (International Process) or reservations.

Industry Background: Preferably from the hotel/hospitality sector.

Education: Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management from a reputed institute (IHM preferred).

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.

Attitude: High energy, problem-solving mindset, and a strong customer focus.

Flexibility: Open to working across different shifts (Day/UK/Night).
