Job Title: Team Lead Robotics Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Robotics Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced robotics software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the development of robot manipulation, motion planning, navigation, and control systems while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to build scalable and reliable autonomous robotic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize robotic manipulation and control systems.
Design and implement motion planning algorithms for robotic applications.
Build and maintain navigation, localization, and mapping systems.
Develop advanced robotics applications using ROS2.
Create behavior trees and decision-making frameworks for autonomous robots.
Integrate perception, control, and navigation systems.
Develop and maintain simulation environments for testing and validation.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable robotics software architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative robotic solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science,
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in robotics software development.
Strong experience with robotic manipulators, control systems, localization, mapping, and navigation.
Hands-on experience with motion planning algorithms for 6DOF manipulators.
Expertise in ROS2, including driver development.
Strong knowledge of MoveIt2 for manipulation and Nav2 for navigation.
Experience with simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim.
Excellent programming skills in C++ and Python.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMR) or industrial robotics.
Knowledge of AI/ML applications in robotics.
Experience deploying robotic systems in real-world environments.
Familiarity with cloud-connected robotics and edge computing solutions.
