We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales, expand market reach, and build robust relationships with distributors and retailers. The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG industry and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Appoint, manage, and support distributors in assigned territories.
Increase product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
Visit retailers and distributors regularly to generate orders and strengthen relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and retailers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Implement company sales and promotional activities effectively.
Maintain daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.




Experience in distributor and retail channel management.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
