We are seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Functional Expert to lead and deliver end-to-end S4HANA implementations / roll outs / migration projects for enterprise clients in India. The role involves deep functional expertise, solid business process understanding, and close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful SAP solution delivery aligned with business objectives.
Location The positions are open Pan India with home locations in Metro cities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute at least 2 end-to-end SAP S4HANA functional implementations , from blueprinting and design through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Drive business process workshops , requirement gathering, and fit–gap analysis with client stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and work closely with SAP technical teams for solution realization.
Configure SAP modules as per business needs and best practices.
Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
Provide functional leadership and guidance across SAP project phases.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring SAP solutions deliver measurable business value.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations in a consulting-led setting.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant .
Robust hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S4HANA implementations . At least 1 Implementation in India.
Deep functional expertise in following SAP modules SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD and SAP PP-QM .
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes relevant to the chosen SAP module(s).
Experience working across integrated SAP landscapes and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and work with other functional streams within large programs.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Functional certification(s) in relevant modules.
Experience in delivering large, complex SAP implementation programs in the domestic manufacturing industry .
