Role Description The Sales Manager – Affordable Home Loans will be responsible for driving sales of home loan products, focusing on affordable housing customers in the Jodhpur region. This full-time on-site role includes generating leads through local networks, housing projects, and channel partners; meeting prospective customers; and explaining loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to application, coordinating with credit and operations teams for timely processing,



and ensuring high levels of customer experience and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Sales

Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to local marketing initiatives to grow the affordable home loan portfolio.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills to manage queries, build trust, and provide transparent guidance on products and processes.
