Role Description

1.⁠ ⁠Initiate counseling calls to assigned leads and understand their learning needs and goals. 2.⁠ ⁠Provide detailed information about our ethical hacking and cybersecurity programs.

3.⁠ ⁠Recommend suitable courses and guide students through the enrollment process.

4.⁠ ⁠Perform timely follow-ups to facilitate admissions and ensure conversions.





5.⁠ ⁠Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and present our products and services effectively.

6.⁠ ⁠Build and maintain robust relationships with students and ensure a positive learning experience.

7.⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.

8.⁠ ⁠Ensure timely and effective communication with leads to maximize engagement.

9.⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

Always give importance to customer relation and ensure best customer service While Counselling and following up leads.

10.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Team Lead to conduct weekly workshops at the center to increase walk ins.

11.⁠ ⁠Consistent achievement of performance targets is crucial, particularly within the sales department. While salary adjustments based on performance are applicable after the probation period, please note that sustained performance throughout the probationary period is highly key. Any lack of consistency in meeting targets may affect future compensation adjustments.
