Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, taxation, and maintaining accounting records while ensuring timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accounting transactions in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
Manage Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, and Journal Entries.
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Calculate, deduct, and manage TDS and ensure timely filing of TDS returns.
Maintain and organize accounting files, invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants for statutory and financial requirements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.




Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
Robust understanding of GST and TDS regulations and filings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Robust organizational and documentation management skills.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Experience in GST and TDS return filing is preferred.
Experience in trading, manufacturing, or service industries will be an advantage.
