Sales Executive – Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Meet potential customers and present company products/services effectively.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers can apply if applicable).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.




Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor progress.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
3–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to travel as required
Preferred Candidate:
Preference will be given to Jain candidates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
