Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Chennai.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for engaging with walk-in and B2B customers, presenting product options, explaining features and pricing, and providing accurate quotations. The role includes following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying current business opportunities in the ceramics, bath fittings, and sanitaryware segments. Daily tasks involve coordinating with the showroom and warehouse teams, preparing sales reports, updating customer records, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

The Sales

Executive is expected to achieve sales targets,



represent the brand professionally, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client partnerships.

Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with transparent spoken and written English and local language proficiency.

Candidates should possess basic business and retail operations skills, such as working with billing systems, maintaining records, and preparing sales reports.

Relevant experience in tiles, ceramics, bath fittings, sanitaryware, or building materials sales is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Chennai, including weekends or extended hours as required by business needs.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
