Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules and experience working on end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Required Skills
6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience.
Robust expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central preferred).
Experience with end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration using CPI, APIs, or middleware.
Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflow configuration.
Understanding of HR business processes and data management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
