Role Description

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Sales Manager to own and grow our presence in the wedding and events market. This is a WFH role to start, with regular field visits across India to meet wedding planners, event managers, and luxury event vendors. As the company scales, you will also travel nationally for expos and large-format events.

Responsibilities

Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for drone show bookings. Building and maintaining solid relationships with wedding planners, event managers, and corporate clients.





Representing

SkyLight at industry expos, wedding fairs, and networking events. Preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. Coordinating with the operations and creative teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Tracking pipeline, reporting performance metrics, and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of sales experience in the wedding, events, luxury services, or experiential marketing industry. Solid existing network with wedding planners and event specialists in India. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch a premium product. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and travel. Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
