Job Title: Senior CAD & PLM Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior CAD & PLM Engineer with 5+ years of experience to independently manage complex mechanical design and support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in 3D CAD modeling, BOM and revision control, engineering change management, design standardization, and product release, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready products.

Key Responsibilities
Develop complex 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
Manage BOM, revision control, PLM/PDM documentation, and engineering change processes.
Apply GD&T;, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing best practices.
Support product development from concept, prototyping, validation, tooling, through mass production.
Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Sourcing, Testing, and Suppliers.
Review and mentor junior CAD engineers while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Required Skills
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, or equivalent).
Experience with PLM/PDM systems and engineering documentation.
Strong knowledge of injection molding, sheet metal, machining, die casting, welding, tooling, and material selection.
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and PLM/PDM settings
