We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and site walk-ins.
Handle customer inquiries and provide complete project information.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM on a regular basis.
Coordinate with the marketing and documentation team for smooth booking and registration processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Required Skills:




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Positive presentation and convincing ability.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Own vehicle preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives

Preferred Candidate
Experience in residential / commercial property sales.
Strong local market knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Head

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
