Handle SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) support, enhancements, and project activities.
Work on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Configure and support Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Lockbox, House Bank, and Bank Account setups.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Manage integrations between SAP FI and SD/MM modules.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Resolve production issues, incidents, and user requests within SLA timelines.
Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training documentation.
Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
