Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ghaziabad.

The Sales

Manager will lead and develop the sales team, set clear sales targets, and oversee daily sales operations to ensure revenue goals are met.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing. The role involves analyzing sales data, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with leadership to refine sales strategies and pricing approaches.

The Sales

Manager will also coach team members, conduct regular reviews,



and help implement processes and tools that improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in sales management, including team leadership and performance coaching.

Strong skills in relationship building, customer service, and negotiation to support sustained business growth.

Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and analyze sales metrics for decision-making.

Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Prior experience in a similar industry or regional market in or around Ghaziabad is an advantage.
