Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom, ensuring a positive and skilled experience.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Effectively convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
Conduct timely follow-ups on customer enquiries, both in-person and online.
Manage and respond to online enquiries across various platforms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries in tracking sheets.
Oversee the complete sales cycle, including post-sales coordination, ensuring smooth order processing through to final handover as per client requirements.
