About The Position We're looking for a Senior Chemical Engineer to help transform laboratory-developed processes into commercially viable operations. This role will have significant ownership of pilot plant activities, process design, simulation, and scale-up execution, working closely with the R&D; team throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications ⁠ ⁠B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering

⁠ ⁠5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, scale-up, pilot operations, or chemical manufacturing Key responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Scale-up of laboratory processes to pilot and commercial scale

⁠ ⁠Planning, execution, and optimization of pilot plant trials

⁠ ⁠Process design, equipment selection, and engineering calculations

⁠ ⁠Development of mass and energy balances

⁠ ⁠Process simulation using Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD,



or similar tools

⁠ ⁠Support technology transfer and commercial implementation What we're looking for ⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of chemical process engineering fundamentals

⁠ ⁠Experience with PFDs, P&IDs;, and process simulation

⁠ ⁠Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and process optimization
