Role Description This full time, in office Senior Civil Engineer role is based in Raipur and supports the planning and execution of real estate and infrastructure projects.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will lead civil design work, including site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater management solutions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing and approving drawings and calculations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing project timelines and quality. The role also involves conducting site inspections,



resolving technical issues, mentoring junior engineers, and preparing technical reports and documentation to support project approvals and delivery.

Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for planning, analysis, and execution of structural and infrastructure works.

Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, with the ability to lead, coordinate, and mentor project engineering staff.

Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across design, permitting, and construction phases.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Proficiency with civil design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and standard engineering tools.

Effective communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Prior experience in residential row house's or apartment projects, or infrastructure works is an advantage.
