Collaborate with IT and Logistics teams to ensure seamless data exchange and optimized supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities (Short):
Monitor and support interfaces between
SAP ERP (P13, P4T)
and external WMS (e.g.,
BOWAS, dEWM
).
Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Serve as the main contact for WMS interface-related topics.
Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
Support cross-functional projects to enhance interface and process quality.
Provide expert user support and resolve WMS interface issues.
Train key users on system functionalities and processes.
Maintain transparent and up-to-date interface documentation.
