Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and event execution




Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing our service offerings
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations

Requirements
Proven experience in client servicing or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
