Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the salon team to deliver outstanding hair services and client experiences.
Oversee staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards.
Provide thorough consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable styles, treatments, and products
Share all relevant information with clients regarding procedures, aftercare, and expected results to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Supervise staff to ensure strict adherence to salon Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain consistency in service quality.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior stylist or leadership role within a salon.
Proven expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
Solid leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends.
