The Saree Store Manager has to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a saree retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining store presentation aligned with the brand’s image.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Manage day-to-day store activities smoothly.
Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and proper display of sarees.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive in-store promotions and upselling strategies.
Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Customer Service
Provide personalized assistance to customers (fabric, draping styles, occasions).
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
Team Management
Supervise, train,



and motivate sales staff.
Assign duties, manage shifts, and monitor performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock availability and fast-moving items.
Conduct regular stock audits and prevent shrinkage.
Coordinate replenishment and recent arrivals.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure attractive display of sarees (by category, color, occasion).
Coordinate with marketing team for seasonal displays and offers.
Billing & Cash Handling
Oversee billing processes and cash management.
Ensure accuracy in transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
