Debock Organic Farms is a growing FMCG brand specializing in premium spices, pure desi ghee, and edible oils. We are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality products to households across India. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets to generate sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Promote new product launches and ongoing promotional schemes.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).




Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
