In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily salon activities, coordinating with staff, and maintaining high standards of service. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 monthly, along with a supportive workplace culture that encourages professional development.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the salon
Manage salon staff and ensure high-quality service




Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract recent clients
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Train and mentor recent staff members
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
