Job Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand client needs and effectively communicate the brief to relevant internal teams.
Ensure the project is executed successfully, adhering to the established timeline and budget.
Organize internal and external resources based on event requirements and specifications.
Maintain high-quality standards for both external (manpower, event-specific materials, production) and internal resources.
Develop detailed project timelines and checklists, monitoring progress to guarantee smooth execution.
Collaborate with the production manager to manage the event's budget efficiently.
Oversee key accounts, ensuring target goals are met and resources are allocated effectively to projects.




Work alongside the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts that align with client expectations.
Independently manage small to medium-sized events, while providing leadership and direction for larger teams.

Desired Skills:
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational capabilities.
Proficient in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams to achieve event goals.
A solid understanding of the event planning and production industry, including current trends and best practices.
