Role Description The Senior Coach is a full-time, in office role based in Trivandrum, responsible for mentoring and guiding event and creative teams to deliver outstanding client experiences. This role involves coaching staff on best practices in event planning, coordination, and client communication, as well as providing feedback on photography, cinematography, and stage decoration workflows.

The Senior

Coach will oversee day-to-day operations, support problem-solving during events, and help refine processes to improve service quality and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions,



monitoring performance, and collaborating with leadership to align team efforts with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Robust leadership and coaching abilities, with experience mentoring teams in events, hospitality, or creative services.

Knowledge of event management processes, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and in office execution.

Familiarity with photography, cinematography, or stage decoration workflows, and the ability to guide teams on quality and efficiency.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure during live events.

Prior experience in a senior, supervisory, or coaching role within event management or a related industry is highly beneficial.

Relevant education or training in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
