About the Role

APSK is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager – Enterprise AV Sales & Collaboration Solutions to drive business growth in Skilled AV, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, and Enterprise Collaboration Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise solution selling, managing large AV projects, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise AV business development and achieve sales targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Develop opportunities in meeting rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, command centers, and collaboration spaces.
Engage with enterprise customers, consultants, architects, OEMs, and channel partners.
Prepare RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with presales, procurement, and project teams for successful project execution.

Required Skills
8–15 years of B2B sales experience in Professional AV, Video Conferencing,



or Collaboration Solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, LED Displays, Qualified Audio, AV-over-IP, Control Systems, and Digital Signage.
Experience in solution selling, enterprise tenders, commercial negotiations, and margin management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Certifications
AVIXA CTS (Preferred)
CTS-D / CTS-I (Added Advantage)
Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, AV-over-IP, or other leading AV OEM certifications.
