Role Description

This full-time Senior Graphic Designer role is an in office position based in Hyderabad.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will conceptualize and create visual designs for government campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and public communication initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing brand-aligned graphics, designing logos and visual identities, preparing layouts for official documents, and ensuring consistent use of typography across materials. The role involves collaborating with communication teams, departments, and external partners to translate complex information into transparent, engaging visual content.

Designer will also review and refine design work, maintain design standards, and manage multiple projects within set timelines.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for government initiatives.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to create readable, aesthetically consistent materials.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite or equivalent) and familiarity with design for web and social media.
Demonstrated experience in leading design projects, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing complex design work, preferably including public sector, corporate, or large-scale campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
Attention to detail, ability to interpret briefs, and commitment to accessible, inclusive design principles.
