About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts professional to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D2C or e-commerce businesses, with a strong understanding of high-volume transactions, online payment reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer reconciliations
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
Perform reconciliation of payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, etc.) and marketplaces (if applicable)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support management with financial insights and decision-making





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in D2C or e-commerce companies
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
Experience with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar
Hands-on experience with payment gateway reconciliation and high transaction volumes
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic setting

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in D2C brands or online retail businesses
Familiarity with inventory accounting and order management systems
Experience working with multi-channel sales (website, marketplaces, offline integration)

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
