Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP ISU Device Management modules within AMS scope.

Handle incident management, resolve service requests, and troubleshoot device-related issues in SAP ISU.

Ensure smooth functioning of device lifecycle processes, including installation, removal, replacement, and inspection.

Monitor and optimise device data accuracy and integrity across the SAP ISU landscape.

Coordinate with business users for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and process improvements.

Assist in periodic system upgrades, patching, and testing of device management functionalities.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to device management processes, configurations, and custom developments.

Support integration with other SAP ISU modules (Billing, Customer Service, Work Management) and external systems.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for device management processes.
