We are looking for a Senior Hardware Test Engineer / Test Lead with 3–5 years of experience to join a leading German client project. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and embedded systems validation, with the ability to take ownership of hardware testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and validation.
Execute ECU/BCM testing and system validation.
Validate embedded systems and firmware.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Identify, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely project delivery.
Required Skills Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing
ECU/BCM Testing & Validation
Embedded Systems & Firmware Validation
Battery Management Systems (BMS)
Motion Control Systems
Powertrain, Motor, Brake, or Power Steering Testing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in hardware or automotive testing.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
