Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper attendance and reporting.
Handle incidents and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with clients and the operations team.
Train and guide security staff on SOPs and safety procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of security operations and report writing.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Willing to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
