The Field Executive will be responsible for visiting construction sites and builder locations to collect project data, promote Amrock Stone products, identify potential requirements, and generate high-quality leads for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Site Visits & Data Collection
Visit active construction sites, builder projects, and renovation locations.
Collect accurate information such as project size, material requirements, timelines, decision-makers, and stages of construction.
Update daily visit reports, photos, and client/project details.
Builder & Contractor Interaction
Meet builders, contractors and project managers to introduce Amrock Stone’s product range (cladding bricks, stones, micro coating, artifacts).
Understand their upcoming material needs and influence specification of Amrock Stone products.
Maintain consistent follow-up for project progress.
Lead Generation & Market Mapping
Identify potential clients and recent market for Amrock Stone.
Generate leads from field visits, surveys,



network references, and market observations.
Track competitors' products, pricing, and presence in key areas.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily/weekly visit reports to the sales head.
Coordinate with the office team to schedule sample dispatch, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain an updated database of builders and projects.

Required Skills & Qualities
Positive communication and relationship-building; confident in field interaction.
Knowledge of construction materials, ceramics, tiles, stones, or interiors is an advantage.
Hardworking, self-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
Ability to collect accurate data and generate consistent leads.
Smartphone handling, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/reporting skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
