Role Description The Senior Admission Counsellor will manage the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and guiding prospective learners from initial contact through enrollment. This full-time role is based in office in Ahmedabad and involves meeting prospective learners and families, organizing campus visits, and participating in outreach activities such as seminars, events, and school or college interactions. The role includes maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, collaborating with academic and marketing teams on admission campaigns, and providing timely reports and insights to support enrollment targets.

Counsellor will also support the development of admission policies and processes to ensure a consistent, learner-centric experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or student recruitment, ideally in an educational or training institution.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with learners, families, and institutional partners.

Ability to use CRM or admission management systems, maintain accurate documentation, and work with basic office software.

Comfort with public speaking, delivering presentations, and representing the institute at events and outreach programs.

Valuable organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, business or marketing is an advantage.

Knowledge of or interest in the real estate sector and its career pathways is preferred.
