Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automotive interior insulation components.
Create and modify 3D models using UG NX, Teamcenter, and CATIA V5/V6.
Perform manufacturing and assembly feasibility studies.
Manage BOMs and support parts cost optimization.
Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Support vehicle builds, fitment trials, and engineering changes.
Participate in supplier selection and process optimization initiatives.
Drive value engineering and cost optimization projects.

Required Skills
710 years of experience in automotive interior insulation component design and development.
Expertise in Dash Inner, Dash Outer Silencer, Hood Silencer, Fender Blocker, and Stuffer Silencer components.




Robust hands-on experience in UG NX, Teamcenter (PLM), and CATIA V5/V6.
Experience in component and system-level design.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing and assembly feasibility, BOM management, and supplier coordination.
Mandatory experience in OEM vehicle builds.
Experience working with OEMs and/or Tier-1 suppliers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Thermoforming, Blow Molding, Compression Molding, and PU Injection Molding processes.
Experience in NVH testing and validation using LMS data acquisition systems.
