Job Title: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Program Manager

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Supply Chain skilled with 3 - 5 years of experience in large-scale logistics, fulfillment center operations, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder management in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end fulfillment center and supply chain operations.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels.
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, transportation, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiency.




Lead and mentor operations teams while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Develop dashboards and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
Execute strategic projects and supply chain initiatives to improve customer experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
