We are seeking a agile and experienced Senior Engineer specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team at NCS Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that meet our client's business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure D365 CRM functionalities, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of the solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather and analyze user requirements.
Develop and implement system customizations, extensions, workflows, and plugins.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for D365 CRM applications.
Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing.




Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Train and guide junior engineers and team members on Dynamics 365 concepts and best practices.

Skills and Tools Required
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Proficiency in developing solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Robust understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
Experience with data migration and integration strategies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
